It’s a wrap, the 2012 National Ski & Snowboard slope style has officially come to an end. We recognized and applauded more than 400 competitors across Canada, awarded $80k CASH and a tonne of prizing throughout the four stop tour but non as coveted as the all inclusive 7-Day surf trip to El Dorado to the Male & Femal Ski & Snow Pro tour winners!! Here’s some great highlights from our friends at Push.ca and Snowboard Canada.
The final video produced by @Push.ca is online which highlights the build, event and tear down. Looking back on the project we are incredibly pleased with the results and budding relationship with Mountain Dew. The Mountain Dew Do Awesome event made so much noise throughout Canada with the event (look at the FB traffic alone and you’ll agree) with the support and reach of Much Music and Push.ca providing onsite and insight coverage. New contest formats were tested with some success but more importantly the appetite for this type of event on this scale was fulfilled – lets hope we get a chance to ‘Do Awesome’ again.
