SCOPE: In collaboration with Brand Momentum, Palm Havas and Event Matrix our primary role was to be the on-site experts and logistical geniuses to keep the tour tires down over two years and ten events coast to coast. Responsible for the “Environment” and overall flow of the day, the design and set up of the event footprint, permitting, safety and ensuring guest experience was red lined. Additionally we were excited to propose, design and manage the fulfillment of experiments that represented VW superior braking and torque as you can see in the below photos. According to VW Canada we were the glue that integrated all the aspects of the tour.
